I had an enchanting stay at Casa Grande Do Bachao. The location, surrounded by tranquil forests and stunning mountains, provided a peaceful escape. The hospitality was superb, and the communal dinners offered delicious, locally-sourced meals that created a warm sense of community.

Absolutely lovely experience ruined by breakfast hours. could’ve used a packed option. Also, the €50 per day for my well-behaved dog was simply outrageous. I almost wrote a good review, but with no complimentary upgrade for my inconveniences, I just couldn’t! Oh, and did I mention the fridge the room was missing?
